Rooms & Rates

All our rooms have a view of the Gulf of Saint Lawrence and en-suite facilities. They vary in size, bed arrangements and quality of view. For this reason we have rooms with three prices. Rooms available from May to January.

Rooms  2 & 4

First Floor Triple

Queen bed and a twin.

Good sea view, en-suite bathroom with shower tub, hairdryer and all amenities. 

Rates starting at $150 per night​ based on double occupancy

High Season (June 16 to September 15) Price: $195 per night. Shoulder (Sept. 16 to Jan 15) $175 (including a full breakfast)

Rooms 5 & 6

Second Floor Triple

Queen bed and a twin.

Great sea view, en-suite bathroom with showertub, hairdryer and all amenities. 

Rates starting at $190 per night​ based on double occupancy

High Season (June 16 to September 15) Price: $250 per night.Shoulder (Sept. 16 to Jan 15) $200  (including a full breakfast)

Second Floor Double

Standard double bed.

Great sea view, en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer and all amenities. 

Rates starting at $150 per night​ based on double occupancy for this cozy room.

High Season (June 16 to September 15) Price: $200 per night. Shoulder (Sept. 16 to Jan 15) $175 (including a full breakfast)

Second Floor Queen

Second floor

 

Corner rooms with a spectacular view, queen bed and facilities en-suite. Sunrise room 9 and sunset room 12.

High Season (June 16 to September 15) Price: $275 per night. Shoulder (Sept. 16 to Jan 15) $220 (including a full breakfast)

Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds

A deposit equal to one night's rental may be required at the time of booking. Payment may be made by credit card or PayPal.

A full refund, (- $35 administration fee) will be returned to you if reservations are cancelled prior to 14 days of your arrival. If cancellation is within the 14 days of your reservation, we will refund your deposit (-$35) providing we are able to re-book your room. If we cannot rent the room, your card will be charged for the full cost of your stay.
